Hello! If you are an avid reader and really into children’s novels, you may have guessed it… my name is Rebecca.
Growing up coming to Maine, I was always obsessed with all the old farmhouses. Because, I was obsessed with my grandmother, my life long Mainer. We moved up to Maine ever summer with my family to live with her. She was a writer and would read us fairy tales and books every night before bed. She called me Rebecca of Sunnybrook. I thinks she might have somehow known that I would end up with my own farm someday. And, even better, a home back here in Maine.
I’m so excited to share this farm and my new home with you. My partner Adam (the true native of the family) and I bought Sunnybrook Farm in 2019 and are excited to call Auburn our home with our pup, Bear. She’s probably the happiest about this new farm where she can roam leash-free and give a friendly hello to all our visitors. Mostly, she’s hoping you’ll throw the ball for her.
But, back to the farm. We specialize in Maine-grown flowers & flowers. We dabble with organic veggies too. And sometimes there’s ice cream, YES, ice cream.
Our goal is to grow as much as we can on this land and share as many locally-grown products with you and your friends & family.
